Pricing Schedule
iprayerworks is a web-based software application that is hosted and maintained on our system servers. The benefit to this type of application is that there is not a limit to the number of people that can have access to the system and there is no software to install on your local hardware. Once purchased, the system can be accessed from anywhere (church, home, hotel, etc.) by anyone to whom you choose to allow access. All they need is a computer, a web browser (i.e., Internet Explorer or Firefox), and an internet connection. The pricing schedule is made up of two components.
1) Set-up and Training
The first component of the pricing structure includes the set-up and training for the system. System set-up is done after you purchase the system and can take up to two weeks. During system set-up we will generate a custom banner as well as custom colors to match those of your current church website. Training is conducted on-line and does not require any travel. (On-site training is available at an additional cost). Set-up and training pricing starts at $250.00 and goes up to $1,500.
2) Maintenance, Upgrades, Back-Ups and Technical Support
iprayerworks conducts nightly back-ups of your system databases to an off-site storage system. That means your data is safer from loss because it is kept in two locations. Your monthly maintenance payments also include technical support and system upgrades. Any new developments (such as the new Hospital and Home Bound Visitation Systems) added to the iprayerworks system will automatically be added to your system. The maintenance fee starts at $25.00 and goes up to $100.00+ / month (Paid Annually), depending on the size of your church. |
